Keep in mind that this is a live performance. The Woman who performs here, Eva Cassidy, passed away before finding recognition. She died at the age of 33 in 1996 of bone cancer.

Amazing
I have never heard a finer version of this song performed. I think it rivals Judy Garland's version though some may disagree with me. I also think this version would make a perfect background track to some Ron Paul scenes (sans the sound bites) because his ideas are what we always figured were "Over The Rainbow", always out of reach. ...if happy little bluebirds fly above the rainbow, why oh why can't I?....
